Let us trace the traces of "God's Mercy" that surround you with ceaseless care and inexhaustible love, so that you may know with certainty that you are not abandoned, and that there is a merciful "Creator" who shows affection to you in every moment, saying to you through thousands of miracles: "I am here... I am watching over you."

Have you ever thought about that moment when you rest your head on the pillow, and your mind drifts into a deep sleep? You leave the world; you lose control over your body completely.

Who commands your "lungs" to expand and contract to draw in oxygen while you are unaware? If breathing were in your hands, you would have died in the first minute of your sleep, but it is "The Merciful."

Who commands this small "heart," that wondrous pump, to continue beating without stopping? Beat after beat, it pumps life into your veins while you dream. It does not tire, nor does it bore, nor does it ask for a vacation. If it stopped for mere moments, your story would end. It works by the command of the One whom neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes, guarding you so that you may wake up in the morning for a new opportunity. Is this not the pinnacle of mercy?

Look at the nursing infant the moment he exits the darkness of the womb into the light of the world. A weak being, possessing no language, no strength, and no comprehending mind.

Who taught him—without a school or a teacher—to latch onto his mother's breast to nurse?

Who poured "tenderness" so abundantly into his mother's heart? That woman who was suffering from labor pains just moments ago, suddenly transforms into a safe haven. She forgets her pain to feed him, and stays awake so he may rest.

That milk which flows from her—warm in the winter, cool in the summer, carrying all immunity, medicine, and nourishment... Who designed it with such precision?

It is a "message of love" from a merciful Creator, who subjugated the mother's body to be a servant to this weak one.

Contemplate your food... that apple, or that grape, or that loaf of bread.

The earth is dirt, and water has no color or taste. So how do thousands of colors and tastes emerge from this black dirt and clear water?

Who made the banana sweet, the lemon sour, and the pepper hot? He could have created for us a single food, a "capsule" to keep us alive without taste, but He wanted you to "enjoy." He wanted to honor you.

Who split the dead, solid earth so that a tender green plant could emerge from it?

Raise your head to the sky... contemplate that great sun.

For thousands of years, it has risen every day from the "East."

Who held its reins? Imagine if the sun drew just a little closer? We would all burn. And imagine if it moved just a little further away? We would all freeze.

But it was placed with a precise balance of "mercy," a distance calculated by the millimeter for your sake, so that your body may live in a suitable temperature. It is not merely a ball of flame; it is a "heater" placed by the hand of Mercy in the ceiling of the sky to instill life within you.

Contemplate how the light withdraws quietly for the darkness to settle, and how the light returns slowly. If the transition were sudden, our sights would be blinded, and our minds would be disturbed.

Who made the night a dwelling (a place of rest)? In it, the noise calms, nerves relax, and creatures retreat to their burrows.

Their alternation with such infinite precision, such that the night does not outstrip the day, is proof that this universe is not "left to futility." There is a "Lord of the Worlds" holding the order of the universe in His hand so that you may enjoy a stable life.

All this universe is harnessed to serve you, to guide you to Him. So, do not let your heart lose the way amidst the crowd.
